Ultra Thermostat Housing Assembly. Now in Stock

    Hi Everyone.

We finally have back in stock the "Ultra Thermostat Housings. See here for more details - https://tdmotion.com/product/427w-fo...t-housing-kit/

Can purchase the lower Housing or full kit with the lower and upper housing with Hardware, stat, gasket, Radiator cap etc.

Small Block Fords are notorious for trapping air in the cooling system which leads to “Hot Spots” in the cooling System. Most of the Cobras and Coupes radiators sit higher than the thermostat housings
This filler neck kit allows the system to be filled from the intake manifold to remove air pockets.

I see gaskets. Why go to all that trouble and not use O-rings? Just saying.

The website shows a picture of my engine using a discontinued CobraEarl unit, not the one being sold today!

I see that as unneeded. Just drill a 1/8th hole in the body of a thermostat and it will burp air out without the BIG bill.

Just an FYI. I have it since the engine was built. I like the looks and the functionality. I'm happy with it, and would definitely do it again.

I had one of those on my Dart 347 #7750 Roadster build. Worked great and solved several issues with the stock setup. Was also from CobraEarl. $105 10 years ago including shipping. Checked my records. Some change. Also before I found out it wasn't cool to use the corrugated hoses.
