8 stack finally installed and tuned!

Just wanted to share with you guys my finished product after installing some 48IDAs from Jim Ingelse. I think this is the last mod I’m doing, so after completing my build 2 years ago my cobra is finally complete! (for now hahah)

Love stacks. Congrats. How's the performance compared to your previous setup?

Very noticeable increase in torque and rev rate. Every time I press the gas I’m thrown back with more force than with the old Holley 4 barrel.

So, a set of Weber carbs, not an 8 stack, which is EFI.

That's a really beautiful shot of your car. Light is everything when it comes to showing the depth of those rich, dark colors. The Webers look awesome too. Glad it's been what you'd hoped for!

Thanks! It’s “Indigo Ink” from Lexus. The white is “Wimbledon White.”

I think I’m going with that color. Does it ever look purple?

Nope, in low light it looks like a very dark blue and then in the sun the blue pops like soIMG_3901.jpg

Great job! Nice neat install, lots of wow when you open the hood. Your car is almost a twin of my car. Exact color and stripes.

That's a great looking car, both exterior and under the hood.
