    Bulb Sealer | Ken Pike

Does anyone know what bulb sealer Ken Pike uses for the hood, trunk and door jams? I called and left a vm but has not been able to respond yet.

Ken painted my buddies car and it looks amazing, the bulb seal is different than what Factory Five provided and it looks like it allows the trunk and hood to line up better w/ the body.

    Thanks,
    Matt

I have it on the hood and doors. I like it. Haven't had any water come in the doors and the hood sits nicely.

Interesting, you have it on both your hood and body? Obviously it doesn’t raise the hood up above the body line? I guess if I did you wouldn’t use it. I have this seal on my hood but not the body which would be nice to cover up some of the not so nice paint and the screws for the hood latches.

No, just on the body for the hood opening and on the doors for those, first pic is the door.

I dont remember getting an option, but it was 10 years ago....

After thinking a bit, I may have used this from Breeze. I'll have to go thru my notes.

I put the hood seal on the hood, so if the hood shifts you can’t see the seal. But that’s just me.
