    Seeking roadster door latches.

Seeking door latch for the driver side of my roadster (MKIV).

FF5 parts say they are out of stock.

Anyone have an extra I can buy off of them? Or know a third-party supplier?

I saw the post about retro-fitting a different mechanism and may try that but right now would prefer to just put a stock one on.

    Thanks in advance.

If you are looking at the parts site for availability it may or may not be accurate. Call or email to see for sure.

I go to Moss Motors for the typical British car parts.

Nobody has asked yet... why are you looking for a new latch? If it’s because the lever has separated from the mechanism it can be repaired with about a dollars worth of hardware from the local True Value or Ace. If that’s the problem let us know and we’ll show you how.

I purchased a set from Shell Valley a couple of weeks ago. $100 plus shipping.
