what deals have you found due to social distancing?

Since many shops are losing traffic I've seen some deals out there... what have you found?

I just found an Aeromotive deal where you get free shipping AND a free fuel pressure gauge when you buy a fuel regulator! Saves about $80
We’re currently giving away a FREE fuel pressure gauge with the purchase of any applicable fuel pressure regulator. This deal is only available while supplies last. Go to Aeromotiveinc.com/product-category/fuel-pressure-regulators/ or call (913) 647-7300.

are supporting vendors doing similar deals?

My best deal is my credit card bill. No lunches, dinners, coffees, etc. About 1/3 my usual for the month. Not that it is fun.

Not traversing back and forth to the office, 70 miles round trip, has given me several more hours each day to work.
The lack of commuting alone now has my truck getting 3-Weeks To The Gallon because that sucker hasn't moved much.
I'm still paying for parking, but that's only $150.00 month at the present time because I don't want to loose my spot in the CBD of New Orleans.

Not looking for any deals in particular, but here is a short list of savings I'm realizing by working from home:

    $25/week in tolls saved
70 miles/day wear & tear on my car saved
    $20/week in fuel costs saved
2 hours of commute time/day saved
    $25/week in dry cleaning saved

No deals and honestly no change at all for me except for using a couple less gallons of gas per week. Kind of a unique situation; my shop is on my property and under “normal” circumstances I only make about two trips out per week to go to the parts store, paint store, hardware or grocery. With all of this going on I’m combining my trips into one and only going out every 7 to 10 days.

Craigslist! As sad as it is, in troubled times, people tend to sell stuff and usually at a really great price. Just remember to social distance.

Lucky enough to be able to work from home on a job financed by taxpayers (technically, the taxpayers' great grandkids at the current spending rate) so I feel like its a duty to take the opposite approach and support the local restaurants doing takeout and delivery as much as possible. Want our favorite places to still be open after this is all over.

Ditto, I have worked from home for 35 years, build cars at home, and cut my own hair, we have groceries delivered.

Aside from 5 trips to FFR nothing has changed for me.

You and I are pretty much the same except for that hair cutting thing. I'm about 4 weeks overdue and recently told Nancy "Screw it, I had a curly blonde mullet when you met me and can just go back to it." She promptly replied that wouldn't be happening and if necessary she'd take matters into her own hands while I'm sleeping! Darn, I was kind of looking forward to it
