has anyone looked into an AWD GTM? using an audi 4.2L FSI V8 along with the 6 speed shouldn require too much modification and it should raise the overall performance capabilities. still trying to find out if its even possible as i have yet to even see the frame but considering the R8 has a high-revving V8 along with a style of direct injection it should react amazingly to forced induction. also the R8 weighs in at 3500, GTM at 2400..... id say that should be a fairly significant gain assuming sound deadner and full interior is used. any opinoins would be greatly appreciated

Max angle for a large body 930 series CV is roughly 22 degrees, so unless you are building a "sand GTM"(ala flotowngtm
), you will not get the CVs to their critical angle in a GTM.
