About GThompson
- Biography:
- I bought my Coupe 10 years ago and it's still not done (as of January 2018). My intention was a straight donor build, then I decided to change a couple things, then I couldn't stop changing things... Anyway, in 2017 I got into autocross locally with the SCCA with my 1999 M3. Now I'm looking at changing the direction of my build from a CSX2299 replica toward more of an autocross toy. To that end I'll be moving away from 15" wheels, stock Fox-body brakes, 302 push-rod motor with Webers, and T5 to 17" wheels, BIGGER brakes, an LS engine, and something like a TKO. Also go by Rallygorgo at ffcars.com.
