Back from vacation in Cancun and back to drilling. I've been piecing together and painting the disc brake calipers. Mounted the fronts, working on the rears. Meanwhile,

Using Don's template, we fabbed up a new Passenger Footbox.

Finished the F-Panels and Driver's box and temporarily mounted the pedal box (need to order my Russ Thompson Gas Pedal). The black-oxide 9/64 bit really made a difference, much easier to drill. Working on the brakes this week and trying to figure out where the brake lines will be run. (Tom, thanks for the Cleco's, they are cool!:cool:)

Got my new PS rack yesterday (paint is crap, peeled right off when I pulled off a sticker!)
Installed the Breeze off-set bushings (to lower and center the rack) required that I remove some metal from the rack mounts. Rough marked the locations (I taped them off before starting the grinding).

We got the body buck assembled and positioned the body on it (twice). You’d think the “experts” would know which end is the front of the buck! LOL Tucked away under the deck until it goes back on.
