    I have a '33 Hot Rod kit, #333 (no kidding, go figure) I want to drop in a crate Ford Performance OEM 427 (a 351W stroked to 427), but I'm worried about hood clearance. Before I pull the trigger and buy it, I would like to hear from someone who has done it. Ford recommends an Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake manifold which is pretty tall. Edelbrock lists a (shorter) RPM manifold as an alternative option. Put a carb and air cleaner on top and can you get the whole sheebang under the hood w/o cutting ...
