I also had to move my mass air meter so I went all out and fabbed up a cold air intake in the fenderwell. I am getting my air from the brake vent and from in front of the front wheel down low. I added a 90mm lightning mass air meter during the upgrade as well.

[B]I measured and cut the pipe to fit with an exhaust pipe cutter that I bought way back in the 80's[/B]

[B]I fabbed up my own bypass valve as my low boost kit did not come with one. This is a BOSCH valve from a Turbo Jetta.[/B]

[B]The completed system. I have run a 6" lower pulley and get about 6psi and also a 6.87" lower pulley that puts out 9.5psi. The 9.5 psi is more fun :)[/B]
