Winter 2010 continued

My explorer intake was looking a little rough so I bought some Summit brand single stage urethane paint and set out to make my top end shiny. The color is a dark metallic silver. It shows off well in the sunshine.

[B]With a couple of coats of the metallic silver urethane. Notice how dingy it made the valve cover look. Then they went on the to be painted list![/B]

[B]The blower was as cast piece. I sanded it smooth and painted the blower, brackets and the plastic discharge tube.[/B]
