Hi
Can anyone advise me what sender gear size I should be using for an 8,8 rear end that has a 3.07 ratio?
I cannot find which model mustang that this ratio is from.
Thanks in advance
Rob

For what it's worth, I don't think that gear ratio ever came in a Mustang - or at least I've never heard of it. I have one or two aluminum 8.8 IRS differentials from a Lincoln Mark VIII with the 3.07 ratio and I've always assumed - rightly or wrongly - that it was unique to Lincolns. Regardless, I imagine whatever sender gear works for the 3.08 ratio would be more than close enough. I'd guess that a Google search would bring up that information pretty quickly. Hope this helps.

You will need to know the number of teeth on the drive gear and then you will be able to determine which driven gear to get. There are charts available by doing a google search to help.
