OK, just curious if anyone had a solution for this. I will post pictures when I get home.
On my truck, if I align the belt line from door to cab to hood; the hood sits about 1/4 to 3/8 above the cowl. if I level the hood top and the cowl, the belt line drops lower than the line on the cab and doors.
I have adjusted ti so that the belt line is level from front to back and just kinda accept the hood being high at the cowl.
Just wondering if the fix should have been for me to add filler to the cab cowl area before paint. 1/4 to 3/8 is a ton of filler. just my opinion.
