This MAY be nothing but I'd appreciate some community help.
I've really been holding off on asking this question. I may be attempting to run before I can walk and that's the problem.
I'm trying to confirm function before I drop the engine in as it's easier to fix before it's installed.
Putting in the electrical for the coyote gen 3, everything is hooked up ( minus engine), everything seems to be functioning properly from gauges to buttons, switches, keys, Master power.... ect. I have power at the PCM, I haven't heard the pump come on but there is no fuel in it right now. I've confirmed more than once that the SMR is hooked up properly and going to the blue "N starter seloinoid switch" wire.
To be clear, I do not have my engine in. And I do not have the engine wiring loom plugged into the PCM, middle plug. That may be my problem, but when I turn the key and everything is powered up I see no power from the solenoid wire?? When the key is turned power comes on the Start post where the SMR wire starts.
I have power at the haat wire to the fuse box. I checked the engine inline plug and the main posts have power. All my fuses are good....
Is it the fact that I haven't completed the circuit by having the full engine loom connected that is stopping me from seeing a signal at the seloinoid wire?
