View Full Version : Rear Brake Flex Line Bracket Location Option

Hi. I'm trying to decide which of the following two locations will work best for the flex brake line bracket. Important to note, based on my e-brake cable routing is one option better than the other (thinking about interference)? I am running the stock e-brake cables with 2015 Mustang GT 13" rotor and calipers. Thank you!

Option 1, others builders have done this, but I haven't seen it done with e-brake cable in my location.

I put it on the angled tube that the upper control arm is attached to.

Thank you, guys. I was wondering which position would be better when planning ahead for the hard lines.

Dave, would you happen to have a photo of the hard line routing near the flex line bracket? Curious what that looks like. Also, I am getting the RT/Mountain Metalworks drop tank if that makes a difference.
