Just about wrapped up with my wiring. I have several "12 V Switch Ignition" wires I need to connect including one from my MSD 6AL, one from the Holly EFI etc. etc. I was planning to connect them all to the orange wire from the RF harness that comes from the key ignition switch. Some questions:

I know this is a "key on" wire - but does this wire also provide power during cranking?

In this setup - with several wires going to a single power source wire (the orange) - has anyone gone the route (or considered) putting in a small distribution block behind the dash for all these key on power source wires? Theoretically it seems like a good idea as it would also leave room for future key on power expansion as well - but that's all in my head LOL.

And lastly - I need to connect my Holly EFI Tach Output to my tach gauge input. I'm assuming others have had to do this - any advice on where you made this connection?

Thanks again!

Yes, you can do that, and the orange wire has power during cranking. If its only a couple of wires you should be able to hook them direct to the one. Isn't there a tach output on the MSD? if so, it goes direct to the gauge.
