Gtm dash center removal

I have a Gen 1 GTM and the center part of the dash has faded beyond hope. Can anyone tell me if it's removable without dismantling the whole dash assembly . It seems to be attached with only a few rivets to the side pieces??

it's likely riveted or bolted to both pods. Either take it out as an assembly or remove the hardware connecting the three together.
