Missing some Brake Components... Need help finding replacements

So I am finally working on my kit again, bought it back in 2015 and spent quite a bit of time tearing apart and rebuilding the Donor parts before 3 kids and two moves! I am routing my brake lines now and cant seem to find some components, missing the two TEE's, metric/standard thread adapters, as well as the couplers to join the hard lines...

I have found some options for the TEE's and couplers below. Was looking for some suggestions on which thread adapters I will need? I think what is provided in the kit is a standard 3/16 flared, but the manual states that the calipers & master cylinder are metric threads?
