Air by-pass hose C? Where does it go?

I'm getting near the completion of the total engine rebuild. Really coming along nicely and thanks for all of your help so far. It appears I cut the line coming off (5) Air by-pass hose C in the attached image on my Intake Duct early in the teardown of my donor, so have no recollection of where it goes. I'm assuming I just cap it off, but wanted to get your guidance on what it was for, and what I do with it?

To your stock boost control solenoid. If you are using an aftermarket 3 port controller you can cap off the intake and let the controller vent to atmosphere, or go ahead and run a line back to this port.

Slowly, but surely the engine is almost back together. That's one less piece of the puzzle. Hoping to get it in the car in about a week or so. Remaining misc parts should be arriving tomorrow...
