After all the panels (hood / nose, doors) were trimmed, fitted and sanded they were removed from the body and block sanding and body smoother work continued.

With the first stage of body smoother work complete, the body and hood are getting masked and prepared for the first coats of High Build Primer next .....

I've gone over Edwardb's build thread numerous times and am now following your Docu-Videos.
My goal is to one day tackle a Type-65 Daytona Coupe in a few years.
Hopefully, I'll build a sister to keep my MK-4 company.
