All,
As I am new to Subaru engines, sorry if some of these questions are fairly rudimentary. The Engine overhaul gasket set came with TWO "Gasket-Oil Cooler" (P/N: 21370KA001). I went to a couple different Subaru parts sites and searched for that part number, and it always says required quantity TWO, while only showing the one between the oil cooler and the engine block.
Only thing I come up with is do they expect you to replace the gasket that comes with with the oil filter with the other one?? Other than that, can't for the life of me understand where the second one would be used????
