Need help with Rear Alignment without FFR Adjustable Links

Hi All,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for doing the rear wheel alignment. I do not have the optional FFR Adjustable Links, but rather the Subie ones.

I probably missed it somewhere but what is the long upper link adjust? That is at the top of the wheel and goes forward?
