Handbrake Woes

So I have the complete kit. I'm trying to fit the Handbrake. Cobra SVT rear Axle with discs. Cables go to the bracket in the tunnel not the rear bracket. Supplied handle won't work as clevis's are underneath. Factory Five say use donor handle from salvage yard. I order one from Ebay and wait. It won't fit as pulley intersects with edge of gearbox.

Do I bend bracket for handle away from gearbox

What have others done I can't be the first to have this problem

Can you post some pictures of your interference issue? What transmission? I made some minor adjustments with my install but not due to clearance issues. I can post photos later when I get home. I also used the mustang handle.
