alignment specs

I am setting up for the string alignment and I have done it before and the car drove pretty good but I made some ride height changes and the steering feels off now so I want to redo my alignment.

problem is I lost the sheet I had with specs, I got them off this sight for the front and rear to and camber.

does someone have the link to the lastest and greatest toe and camber specs
