Yep. 99% sure that is Bill3422's car. Compare pics in this thread to those in the listing. Trunk aluminum, gauge layout, pedals, roll bars, steering wheel, all match pics in this thread

I helped w/ the initial build. He took two weeks vacation starting the day the car arrived. I was there M-F those two weeks and some weekend days afterwards. The car is very well done. Has the old T-bird based IRS w/ the Forte adjusters, Forte hydroboost, hydraulic clutch, a 347 stroker that ran great. I don't know engine details as Bill had that built and ready to go before the car arrived. The mileage could be accurate and if it's not, it is certainly under 2000. No question in my mind that I would buy that car if I were looking. If you have specific questions email me at craigstuard at comcast dot net w/ subject 'Bill's FFR' and I will email Bill.

Be sure to check out Kyle's Mk 4 located in Kennebunk, Maine. Extremely well done completed last year.

Shifter looks a long way forward for a T-5? Nice car. Right side vents look to be on backwards?

Just curious will a T-5 handle the power that a 347 stroker puts out?

Confirmed its a T5 is this trans capable of handling the power a 347 can make? No tracking or drag stripping the car, just road trips and some spirited driving but no burn outs etc......

Others have run T5’s with little issue but I would suggest you reach out to Gordon Levy as he will be able to confirm.

Just to add some more, a lot I think depends on how the T5 was built. A standard T5 may be fine on a 350-400hp car but if one is to do some hard driving, it may not last. Going to a TKO, you are safer but again discussing with an expert (Gordon) is best.

Running a T5 in my 347 equipped car, but it's a T5-Z, which is the upgraded one from SVT / Ford Performance.

I don't think the improvements were huge, though, over the standard T5 used in Mustang GTs of the day.

For your described use the T5 will be just fine.
