Vacuum Lines

I'm getting ready to install a 2004 wrx with turbo engine in my 818. The engine was part of a donor pallet and I'm needing to know where this vacuum line is connected on the manifold. This is the solenoid that attaches to the intercooler.

I've searched for a comprehensive diagram that shows all the vacuum lines but have not been successful. Does anyone know where to find a diagram

It looks like you're referring to the recirculation valve? The vacuum line from that typically connects to a barb on the intake manifold right below the throttle body, as shown in your photo. I'm not sure why there's a t-fitting with a hose on it. You could either cap the t-fitting or run a new vacuum hose from the valve to the IM.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. Any idea where the boost gauge at the steering wheel connects?

Any line coming off the intake manifold should work as a pressure signal into the boost gauge. You could run that hose coming off the t-fitting to a boost gauge. I'm not sure which boost gauge you have but some of them require a restrictor in the pressure/vacuum line to work properly.

I am running the same year donor - I have mine connected to the IM port on the opposite side of the throttle body just above the alternator.

Wow, again thanks for the information. Learning something new every day. I've come from restoring 6 Model A Fords and this is my first jump into something newer. Believe it or not, my wife suggested I get back into working on cars. What a sweetie she is.
