while install the hardtop, I noticed the wire with the blue tape was not attached to anything. It looks like a ground wire, can someone confirm that for me681716817268173

Yeah it's just a ground for the transmission.

Yup ground strap for the trans, I drilled a hole in pad for the trans mount and bolted it down along with a wiring harness ground.
