Pedal box issues

I'm currently piecing together the pedal box for my MK4 and can't figure out which bolts are meant for the clutch assembly. The diagrams are a bit vague and there aren't any pics to help. I have a thick black allen screw in the center and 2 machine screws on either side. Problem is that there aren't lock nuts for the machine screws that fit which tells me I've got it wrong. Any advice?

See if I can help, if you are talking about mounting the pedal box, then yes there should be 4 machine screws with washers and nuts to mount to 3/4 in bar and allen bolts mount to front thick metal plate. Do you have a pic of what your looking at it ?
