Got my donor package from Wayne about week ago. Got rid of most of harness in preparation for using a Microsquirt.
Was doing an ID of all the steering column wires and almost all matched the wiring pdf I got from Wayne except for B72, the blue
column 4 pin conn which is the ignition switch. Manual shows pins 1 to 4 as W,Y,G,WB where I get BL,BW,L,BY. Color change is no big
deal except wiring function is different. Manual shows pin 1, W as common while I have pin 2, BW as common. Function checks out using pin 2 as common. I have following: pin 2, BW is common, pin 1, BL is access, pin 3 is hot in ign and start, pin 4 is hot only in start.
Have others seen this. Donor is 2002 WRX sedan.
