OBX front diff supplier?

Good afternoon all. Has anyone found the OBX front diff in stock recently?

Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for when it comes to differentials. I am not saying anything bad about OBX here, as I have no personal experience with them, but in researching them all over the net, they seem to have a pretty bad reputation.

Can't really beat the price on em, but I would still be careful. Check out this site, it looks like you can make some modifications to it to help improve its durability. http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/transmission-awd/134281038-obx-helical-differential-required-modifications.html

Thanks, I have been reading up on it and from what I have seen a rebuild with proper washers bolts and fine tuning some rough spots they hold up nicely. I already ordered a rebuild kit and thought the diff however I was notified it was on back order. I tried several other suppliers all are on backorder.

Has anyone here had trouble with the OBX diff after rebuild?
