For what's it worth I tried getting Johnston tuning to do my 818C, he was rude and blew me off. It's a little further but depends where you are in Indiana. Outside of Chicago is P&L motor sports who have been awesome to work with.

If you post up logs from the ECU, I will take a look at them and tell you if its anything obvious.

TIC and P&L are both top notch and know their Subarus.
