tumbler generator valves in a 2.5ej engine???????

does anyone know if a 2002 2.5 n/a engine has (TVG) tumbler generator valves
this engine came out of a 2002 impreza wagon

Kerry,

In 2002, both n/a impreza wagon variants (TS and Outback) did not have TGVs. Here's a pic showing that the injectors are mounted directly into the intake manifold on those models. If there were TGVs, they would house injectors and those assemblies would be separate from the intake manifold. Hope this helps.

I have an 06 NA and an 07 NA and neither has TVGs.
