Can someone tell me. Are the standard shocks adjustable in height?
Are the upgrade shocks a good option for a car that will only see a few club track days?

All the shocks offered by FFR are height adjustable.

One note: The R shocks are available at no additional cost, along with the R springs. They are not the upgraded double-adjustable units, but they are a little more performance oriented than the S model shocks.
