Well, in yet another disappointment with my pallet donor, my top radiator mounts were sloppily cut off (hey, these guys gave me one wagon lower arm and one sedan. Now That would have been interesting…), leaving nothing to attach the upper brackets to. Still looking at repair or replacement. If not stock, what would the community recommend, given fitting constraints and the seeming sensitivity of our cooling systems?
TIA, guys.

Most guys that run aftermarket go with Mishimoto. Not the only choice for sure, but a popular one.

I have a brand new replacement radiator in the box. Make me an offer and I will ship it out to you.

I went with this radiator (mine was smashed)

It doesn't have a filler cap. I don't think you need it.
I am happy with it.

Thanks, guys.
Next issue is the spacers at the bottom. Now that I have fitted it up, I see i will need them to clear the tie rod boot. (I assume this is an early SN problem…)
I know rori has some but I think he might be stepping back a bit as no response to enquires. I'll get the top ones from Mechie3 once I have the dimension to give him for the spacer.
Anybody else do the spacers? Or is it just time to start fabricating?

I just slid on some rubber spacers from ACE hardware, I think it's never been fixed a local builder has serial # over 200 and he still had to space it up. You can flip around the radiator brackets and use them without spacing, take advantage of how they are bent. I just used round tubing to space the top.
I do have ton's of Craig's stuff, did my radiator and ABS plugs before he made up his pretty ones.

I have both the steering wheel spacer and radiator lower spacers from Rori and they are fantastic, I hope he is still selling them.

Good news, yes he is, I had PM'd him and I just ordered my spacers. His steering column spacer definitely helped in the search for a comfortable driving position for my 6'1" bod.

I made some 1/4" aluminum spacers from some plate I had in the shop with a 1 1/4 hole saw.

A little late to this party. I am fishing in Canada...
You cannot beat a Ron Davis radiator. About three times the capacity of a stock one. Since I weld and since I have been around race cars a while I can say, without reservations, that they make a top-shelf product. It is not cheap, but you should consider one.
