My 818 build is planned around using the OEM calipers and discs (2002 Impreza 2.5 wagon). I have read where the brakes feel too sensitive with the power brake booster but it was unclear if that car had WildWood or OEM hardware. If you are driving a finished 818 I would like to hear your thoughts on this topic.

I have the brake booster fitted with Wilwood brakes, and agree they are sensitive. Too sensitive...? Well it depends.
In my experience, (500kms, half on a track) i am now used to the sensitivity, and find them to be perfectly OK on the road. On the track, they are probably a bit too sensitive, as I find it very tricky to 'heel and toe' it into the corners, whilst maintaining a precise brake pressure. I plan on relocating the brake pedal pivot point and trying without the booster to allow a direct comparison.
So it all depends on your likely use.
I hope this helps.

No power here. I think the brakes are already pretty sensitive with no booster. So I would not add one.

I would not use a booster. None needed IMO.
