Small transmission leak...

My transmission is leaking a little bit of gear oil from the T-70 drain plug. I replaced the crush washer with a new OEM one, and it still is ever so slowly dripping.

Does the crush washer need a heat cycle to get it to seal? Should I just replace the plug (and washer again)?

Check that you dont have any deformations within the aluminum of the transmission. Perhaps run a fine file over the surface.
