Ok so what turbo are you running and what drove you to that decision?

Stock for now, so I dont die. Then a dom 1.5xtr once tires, suspension, and traction control are dialed in. The 1.5 is good for 400whp which is plenty in my mind, and it spools quick. It's also stock location. I don't think there is a better stock location, single-scroll turbo for that WHP rating.

JDM twin scroll VF37. It was cheap and makes stupid torque on an EJ25.

Borg warner S200SX. Because we didn't like quite how much shaft play our VF22 had. And then because we decided to build the engine. And then because we wanted to see how much performance we could get for under $2k full turbo package (our labor excluded)

Quick spooling twin scroll, lots of power capability, deletes the coolant tank on the engine (oil cooled), and forces you into using EWGs, so we have lots of control over the exhaust.

TD05H 18G on an EJ257 block with 2.0 heads because it's cheap and should be good for a reliable 350 hp. You just need a new oil line but otherwise it drops into the stock location.

Hi I called Blouche and gave them engine facts and vehicle specs. They needed to know hp to the wheels so.
Blouche TD05H-18G-XT 8 cm2 turbine housing. EJ205 bored .020 PNP intake heads and Grimm speed PNP Stock exhaust with Grimm speed large cross pipe and external 38 Tial waste gate 750 injectors and up to but not over 20 PSI boost.
They were very comfortable with this turbo not being ball bearing due to the small area of the bearing. The spool time would be sooner. My horsepower goal was a balmy 325 WHP. Without pushing it to the max. Not running yet but closer every day.
Best suggestion is talk to your tuner and the turbo gurus.

My local tuner has a guy selling a mitsubishi 20g for a steal that I'm going to pick up. Gonna leave injectors alone for now. My injectors are the 550's.

Stock '07 for now, but did find a reasonably priced VF48 to throw in. I haven't decided when I'll throw that in. I really want to preserve the low end of the power curve, so shied away from anything much bigger. The VF48 seemed a good match for me to add a little on top of the curve, without losing any (or very little) bottom end. I also want reliability, so I'm keeping my goals modest.

I am running a TD06 20g with a 9 blade billet compressor on a 2.5l hybrid and 1000cc injectors. I am wanting to move to power higher into the Rpm's to address some wheel spin. The 2.5 has plenty of torque to get a 1800 lbs car moving and then the boost will kick in. I am planning on getting two tunes done, a high boost tune with a goal of around 350whp and a low boost tune at around 300-310.

I'm running an ATP gtx3071 on a STI built long block. Once the motor is broken in I'll tune it to a manageable power level. I run the same turbo on my hybrid WRX, and love it.

How did that twin scroll work out for you? I've got one kicking around that I want to put on. Is it worth the tune?

I'm running a TD04h-19T with a billet wheel. Put down just over 300WHP which is plenty for me. Not sure if this is the right place to add this, but I just pulled my Cavalli turbo off my WRX and am going back to the stock VF52. I made 347WHP with a conservative tune on a conservative dyno. Not much under 4k, from there it pulled really hard. I'd but it in my 818s, but it would scare the crap out of me. Probably best in an 818R for the track. Here's a link for the turbo. if anyone is interested I can send pictures and more info.
