finally to the point of putting fluids in the car:cool:
For Tranny on the 5MT it states 3.7 quarts in the OEM manual and in the 818 manual. i put in 3 quarts then checked the fluid, its high on the dipstick, like i overfilled it. I have went thru the gears multiple times setting up the k-tuned shifter but it still is very high. I havent ran the car at all, will the level drop? i cant imagine removing the rear transaxle parts from the donar make much of a difference. seems to me the fluid isnt getting into a cavity or something. anyone else experience this?

for antifreeze - i have added 3 gallons - what have other people put in to fill the system, once again i havent run or turned the motor over yet.

The engine and trans are pitched forward in the 818 making the dipstick read high. A couple guys underfilled as a result. Use the spec, or try to level it if going off the stick.

Yes. Put in the required amount period. Then make a mental note of where your new full point is.

I put in 4.5 gallons of coolant which is about what most here have reported.
Also, I put in the 3.7 quarts of trans oil. Its reading high on the dipstick, but maybe I'll level it out to check. Seems high but i'm going with what most here are saying.... to put in 3.7.
