I'm trying to button up the engine and get a go cart soon and need some help finding a home for these hoses/fittings (circled in pictures), can anyone help identify and tell me where they go ?

The one off the wastegate solenoid goes to your boost controller, pretty sure

#1 goes to boost control solenoid

Hope this helps with #2, looks like the smaller hoses run to the radiator, I'll do a little more digging about the larger one. (Edit: Bill clarified below)

The one under the radiator cap goes to your overflow.

The other small one next to it used to go to the top of the radiator. Look up wayne's degas mod for another option rather than running a line all the way to the front of the car.

The 3rd (bigger) line on the coolant resevoir goes to the turbo (or somewhere back near the turbo - I can look when I get home if someone doesn't answer)

I recently did 'Wayne's coolant mod'; if you do so, that hose goes to the top coolant pipe (tap a 1/8" NPT in the flat portion and put a elbow fitting to hose barb for it).

Just to confirm that the answers above are correct.
The hose from the cap goes to the coolant overflow
The small hose next to it goes to the wayne coolant mod.
The larger hose goes back to cool the turbo.

the small vacuum hose goes to the boost controller.

And the vacuum off the intake also goes to the other side of the boost controller

Many thanks guys for all the info and help. I have the stuff to do the burp mod, the engine is in now and it's just a little hard to get to (I also have the rear engine to fuel cell firewall in place), so have to see if I can still do this.

I was able to drill and tap the hole without removing anything. The turbo inlet, intake and coolant hose are the only things that are really in the way. If you've replaced the OEM inlet with a silicone one, it should flex enough to give access without removing it; mine did.

For the "wayne coolant mod" I installed braided clear tubing going to the expansion/reservoir tank. It was just what I had laying around. But it turned out to be a really good thing for me as I just got my car running and driving, now I can see bubbles coming up the line. You can see the self-burping process, and get a feel for when to add more coolant, and know when there is no more air in the system.

very cool idea. i like it. can you share where you got it, diameter, confirm it was pressure/heat rated? (wow, that was a lot of questions in a row)

Temperature is a little low, I'll probably replace it once I sort out everything. I don't regret having it on as its been informative up to this point.
