Several folks, myself included, have broken the little plastic guide that snaps into the hole in the throttle pedal. I designed a replacement to be 3D printed. Depending on the tuning of your printer, you may have to trim it a bit. The smaller outer diameter is 8mm which is a hair larger than the hole in the pedal. I made it a bit big so I could adjust it for a friction fit. The slot for the cable is 1.5mm which is a hair smaller than the cable, but you should be able to work the cable through it. The hole in the middle is a bit larger than the cable.

My printer still needs a little tuning and it tends to over extrude so I ended up with undersize inside diameters and oversize outer diameters.

I'd be happy to provide a copy of the .stl file for anyone that would like it. If someone has a place they could host it that would be nice too.

Make sure when you install this piece that you keep the slot turned a different direction from the slot in the pedal to ensure the cable doesn't slip out. ;)

That was my original plan, although I probably would have used epoxy. But, I got a 3D printer for Christmas so I decided to do something useful with it.

Thanks to Chedda (Mike) for hosting this file. For anyone that wants the .stl file it is here: throttle_cable_bushing.stl (http://crazymikey.endofinternet.net/Host/Factory_Five/throttle_cable_bushing.stl)
