got a question on the pedal box bracket, I am using 5/16 bolts to install it but noticed that when I go to install the aluminum panels again to verify fitment the holes between the aluminum panel and the bracket dont line up?!? is this normal? grind/drill holes to fit pedals?

also I noticed the 3 5/16 bolt heads sticks out on the top of the pedal box bracket and interfer with the aluminum panel from sitting properly?

cant seem to find this step in the manual.

No issues here with the 5/16 bolts, I was missing the bracket at ship time and had to call and get them to send me one, not sure if they have updated this or not, but I did not have to drill anything out to have it fit

I had the alignment issue too. I ground the sheet metal out to match bracket holes. Didnt have bolt intereference though... Did you use the rounded head allen bolts? They stick out less.

it was the 5 bolts that hold the bracket to the frame (the one you have to put on before the aluminum panels) I did go to the rounded head bolts and it works better. I to will have to ream out the panel a bit to match bracket. GIT ER DONE!!!!!!! LOL

Check my recent post on the build tips thread for a note about the bracket alignment before riveting that panel on.
