is the air idle control valve on my 2002 2.5 n/a engine supposed to be out or extended when
the car is off? I cant seem to get the air control valve to move out of wide open position.
I saw someone on youtube turning on and off the key and the valve opened and shut or extended
when the key was off and retracted some when the key was turned back on. I bought a new one
and it acts the same.
I have an electromotive ecu (wayne harness driving this valve)
any help
