Speed Freak posted an issue with a European import car which had a different pedal box to those pictured in the manual. Well - all RHD donor's have the same looking individual brake and clutch pedals. Maybe this is a JDM issue - as all our Australasian cars are JDM.

As pictured - we need to separate the front half of brake pedal assembly from rear mounting bracket!
Front half will mount to firewall correctly
Need to manufacture a new rear bracket to support to dash frame - must do this to offer suficient support to pedal assembly!
Need to trim the LH side that supports the brake light switch. IMO the RH side is enough for the switch to be supported and work effectively.
Need to trim a small section from side of pedal assembly. This is interferring with the steering column and without a light trim the column will not fit past the brake pedal.
As shown in pictures - all fits well including new support bracket. I'm waiting on Rori's steering column bracket before final install.
Final issue is the FFR supplied rod - connecting the pedal to the master cylinder is about 30mm too short for RHD. I'll locally source one to make it fit.

I'll start on Clutch tomorrow - this looks like an easy fix!

Nice job, these were 2004 donor parts?

Here's a rough diagram to show what I will manufacture as a new support bracket. I've never welded (not a skill I have) but I did purchase a new AC/DC TIG as I want to learn as part of the 818 build. So here goes....

Yes 2004 donor - but I suspect all 2002 to 2008 will be the same?

From the forum info I'd say the pedals are all the same, but because ours are effectively JDM, I wouldn't bet the house on it
I think we'll have the same final configuration, mine is 2006 so the throttle is fly by wire, but I suppose yours is too, to suit the late model motor
