I am using a 2002 wagon as a donor. One front control arm was badly damaged so I bought a set of aluminum control arms. Since reading that there is a 10mm difference between wagon and sedan does it mean that my rear wheels will not be at the same width as the front(hope I said that correctly). If that is the case does it create any alignment problems?

There should be no difference. The chassis compensates for the difference in suspension arms.

Thats what I thought, but arent the rear lateral links longer in the sedan than the wagon?

Yes, but the frame has two sets of mounting points so the vehicle will have essentially the same geometry with either. BTW, both the front lower control arms and the rear lateral links are different. You'll need to use the sedan mounting points up front and the wagon mounting points in the rear.

Unless things have changed since my chassis (#52), there are only wagon specific mounts in the front, at S height, for wagon LCAs. In the rear there are only single R and S mounting points, so using Impreza or WRX wagon lateral links (like I did) will result in slightly narrower rear track. This can be made up for by wheel offset or spacers.

Bingo! thats were I am. I have frame# 116 and that is how mine is set up. I think I may just invest in some adjustable lateral links. Thanks for all the advice.
