this weekend I was hoping to wrap up the wiring.
No such luck. The gauges are pretty much set (thanks Jeff Kleiner & edwardb), but I have a few new questions I'm hoping someone can help me with.
1. I broke the post on the FFR supplied oil pressure sender. I went to advance for a replacement, but the sender supplied by FFR is not an OEM part. The FFR part had both a signal and a ground post, the Mustang OEM part is only a signal post. Before I call FFR for a replacement, I'm hoping someone can tell me the replacement part so that I can pick it up locally.
2. I received 3 lights with my kit (1-red, 1-green, 1-blue). The FFR manual shows 4 lights (1-red, 2-green, 1-blue), I know the red is for the alternator circuit and requires a resistor soldered to it, and I presume the green are for L/R signals and the blue for high beams, I just want to confirm this and plan to call FFR for the missing green light.
3. Wiring the alternator circuit is unclear. After I wire the resistor, which lead connects to what wire on the harness.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
