Wanted: FFR Adjustable Seat Track Installation Instrucions

Does anyone have a copy of the installation instructions for the FFR Adjustable Seat Track. Mine are missing and I'm trying to get the seats installed today. It seems pretty straightforward, but I want to make sure I go through the steps properly to ensure the tracks are aligned.
