We are getting really close to gokart stage but there are a few things we need help with.
28930 What is the tube for?
28931 Where do I connect this?
28932 And this?
28933 What do I do with the tube closest to the frame?

First is emissions air pump line, involved with TGVs and stuff. You can either delete the TGVs and the air pump , or hook the air pump up to that hose and plug the pump in.
The second open tube there is for the fuel tank purge line.
The third pic is the brake booster vacuum line. Cap it off with something strong enough to handle the vacuum pressure.
The fourth pic with the turbo coolant reservoir. I think the line you're referring to ( to the left of the pressure cap) comes from the radiator. People here are using that line to burp the engine coolant outlet by tapping a line on the outlet. The line with the pressure cap goes to the coolant overflow reservoir.
Anyone can correct me or fill in more details, as I only identified those lines for myself, but hadn't sorted what all to do with them yet.

This pic might help process the first pic, ID the air pump, or see what is involved.

That was very helpful. I have a few more stumpers, 28944 Is this where you connect the fuel pump to? My brother and I can't figure this one out. we have looked for the right connector and this is the one we comeback to. It had different colored wires than the one we are suppose to splice into.
There are also two barbs on the radiator that lead to nothing I assume the you connect those together am I right?

Blitz, your questions have also solved a couple of my questions - thanks. Re your last photo of the little coolant tank with the yellow cap, I think you need a coolant tank bracket made by Mechie3. His bracket moves the tank out from under the frame so you can remove the cap. See the thread by Mechie3 about getting one but he had a baby a couple of weeks ago so he may not respond real quick to a PM.
I'm watching to see how the fuel pump and sender should be wired with the OE harness.

The fuel pump is the only thing stopping us from starting the car. I might have to call Wayne!

From the connector you show there's a black with yellow stripe that goes to the fuel pump. At least on mine it worked great.
