I want to raise the gas pedal up a little to make heel toe a little easier, I don't have my engine installed yet so I don't know how much clearance there is between the pedal rod and the pedal box at full throttle. I think lifting the bottom of the bracket 1/2 to 5/8 would be plenty.

Can someone with a drive by cable setup measure how much space there is with the pedal planted?

thanks in advance

Get your brakes done first, then have your gas pedal between 2.25 to 2.5" lower than the brake pedal pad.

brakes are in. it's just a little low for my liking.

did you follow the manual, how do you like the position?

hard to tell the depth from my picture. I think there will be plenty of clearance. worst case, adios spacer.
