The OEM Subaru crank pulley has been a cause for concern ever since its original design. It is extremely heavy, susceptible to catastrophic failure, and quite unsightly. Continuing to use this on our cars just wouldn't do. Eliminating rotational mass while maintaining a safe presence can increase reliability and bring faster Rev's! For our Lightweight Crank Pulley we pulled out all of the stops. CNC machined from 6061 T6 Aluminum our pulley makes no compromise. It weighs in at 3.5lbs lighter than OEM while at the same time increasing its durability. Marked with a timing mark and perfect cut keyway makes this install a breeze. We designed the pulley with the optimum weight for performance while avoiding misfire CEL's and engine hesitation.

Here at GrimmSpeed innovation is the standard with every product we release and our pulley is no exception. We have designed the only aftermarket pulley installation and removal tool that works with each style of OEM Subaru pulley as well as our aftermarket lightweight pulley. They started a blog - another thing I would love to see - also abandoned. In the most recent post about 818 wheels - 80% of the wheels listed either need adapters to fit an 818, or won't fit at all, like the 114.5mm bolt circle wheels that have too little of an offset to fit the adapter under them. Another one was the recent case where AJW posted "x in stock", and then a forum member called to order, but they weren't in stock.

I don't want AJW to stop, rather I would like to ask politely if they would try to make it more constructive.

We apologize for trying to make ourselves known, every company that I know off that works on forums bumps their threads. If you don't like to receive e-mails saying we bumped the thread please change your settings so that you don't receive e-mails from every single thready you're subscribed too.

This thread has NOT been abandoned, however getting our tech who has been busy with other projects such as our own 818 was been difficult. We will try to take better care of this thread.

Cosmis wheels makes many options in 5X100 just like XXR, Rota, and all other wheel companies. Not every single person building an 818 needs wheels for a track day. Some may just want nice looking wheels to drive around with. 114.5 does not exist, if this is the case then let me check the thread because maybe it was a typo. Maybe you meant 114.3? The thread lists every sized wheel they make, we are aware that Subarus don't take 4X100 wheels but we also assume most people have cars OTHER than 818s here.

ONE style of Spacer was not in stock. We told this customer that they would be here this week which they will be... In the world of supply and demand things sell out. Just because we're out of one style does not mean we are going to stop advertising the product, especially when it will be back in stock quickly. I understand that everyone wants product "now" but sometimes you just need to be patient.

We were the FIRST Subaru vendor on this forum, we have been doing the Subaru game for over 9 years now and don't intend on stopping anytime soon. We've tried to be supportive as we can but recently we seem to be getting a lot of pushback. We're here to support you, and we always have been here to support you. We will try our best to be more constructive on this forum. As far as these sale threads go though, I am not sure how much more constructive we can be. We're trying out best to remain visible for people to see us and purchase items through us.

I'm still waiting on my emailed question on turbos with my AJW motor. You recommended a Blouch 18Gtx, but never got back to me because of my cams you put in are 272's. Should I go with the DOM 1.5 since I have the bigger cams?

I just got some ported heads with BC 272 camshafts. What do you sell that would be a good all around turbo/manifold for this, low end, but can utilize the cams up top? I was thinking about a twinscroll vf37 or something else if you have it. I currently have a Zilla TD06-18g 8cm on my legacy, which is nice, but may be too laggy.
