Just brainstorming what could be off, are the conical steel bosses in place? I had to make a few adjustments to help the lower shock mount fit well , then put a layer of JB weld in between the mount and the arm to fill what little gap was left.

yes that helps, the reason i was confused, was because my lower ball joint isnt tight in the control arm with the nut all the way tight. its just kind of moving around in there, not sure if thats correct? its like i need more threads on the ball joint to make it work, if that helps you get what im saying. everything else is on and fits well, i just dont understand that ball joint.

Drill it out, use one size larger bolt with locknut on the outside. Ball joint needs to be tight in there bro

Do you have the cone shaped insert in there?

This needs to be in there too. It's what I and JeromeS13 both mentioned. The steel arms may or may not have them, but the aluminum arms do.

They often come out with the ball joint making it easier to forget since the cones get separated from the arms. Then with a garage full of parts, get buried. No worries, better to ask and be safe.
